WHAT IS LIKE TO WORK WITH US

01 INITIAL CONSULTATION

We will discuss the scope of your project and services, also the goals and objectives you would like to achieve. A timeline and budget will be established to ensure the project stays on track.

02 PRELIMINARY DESIGN

We will go over and sign the Design Services agreement, then measure and take photographs of the spaces and furnishings. Next, we will submit a Design presentation (preliminary floor plan, elevations, renderings, and conceptual images). We ensure to collaborate with an architect and contractor on design elements if applicable.

03 FINISHED DESIGN

We will make all requested changes to drawings and design concepts as determined during the preliminary design presentation. Next, we review and approve the final drawings with the client and discuss the list of materials and budget. Then we will decide on the type of finishes and finalize the shopping list with materials specs and schedules. We will review the concept drawings with the contractors and sub-contractors and obtain a construction quote for the project. Lastly, we will apply for any permits that are needed for the project.

04 PROCUREMENT

We will review the purchase order with the client and place all orders upon approval. Then we manage deliveries/returns/exchanges.

05 IMPLEMENTATION and DELIVERY

We will oversee the installation of all finishes, furniture placement, and reinsure a proper implementation of the design concepts. This will also include the regular site visit and final walk-through. We ensure to give our clients helpful tips and advice during the final walk-through.
