Cul-de-Sac Remodel

Completely gutted and remodeled 1,400 sf, 3 bed/2 bath house; new Master Suite with custom tile and glass shower; structural work done to achieve open concept kitchen and living area; all new lighting and modern finishes throughout the house brighten a previously dreary and unfinished home.

First - Time Homebuyer’s Dream

Transformation of 2 bed / 1 bath to 3 bed / 2 bath home within existing square footage achieved through simple reconfiguration of existing space. New layout also included a formal dining room and laundry nook. Structural changes allowed kitchen to open up and create that desirable great room concept.

North Fair Oaks Farmhouse

Complete transformation of mid-century modern Eichler-like home. Removing a massive fireplace from the middle of the living room yielded a spacious great room with beautiful modern kitchen including island accommodating sitting for three and plenty of storage space. Cosmetic remodel and repair of existing ranch-style 2 bed, 1 bath home and 1 bed, 1 bath guest house; transformed the unlivable into a livable, two-unit rental property.

Cosmetic remodel with dramatic effect. Classic and elegant style maintained throughout the house with dark painted kitchen cabinets matching a sweeping staircase railing; refinished original hardwood floors creates nice contrast between creamy walls and dark cabinets and fixtures. Custom-designed master suite with Jacuzzi tub and walk-in closet.

Dramatic Cosmetic Remodel

Extensively remodeled 4 bed /2.5 bath 2-story home with many designer features. Structural alterations provided for a large gourmet kitchen opening to a formal dining area and into the living room with a beautifully tiled fireplace. Master suite reconfigured to include a walk-in closet and custom-designed glass and tile shower.
